We offer a full money back guarantee/exchange on all purchases. In order to receive the full refund/exchange we require the uniform to be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please print a copy of the returns form below and complete accordingly.
Please also note that all postage and packing costs are to be met by the original purchaser and not School Uniform Direct.
You have a legal ‘duty of care’ in respect of the goods returned and liable for the expense of returning them. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as ‘proof of posting’ may be required. Please mark the parcel ‘returns/exchange’ and package the goods clearly, along with the require exchange size/details.
Once the returned items have been received and their condition approved we will issue the refund or send the exchange items.
EXCHANGES – Customers will be liable for postage and packing on any replacement/exchange items. For exchanges that require home delivery we will invoice you for the postage charge once we have received the completed customer returns form.
Please also note that returns and exchanges can be completed, in person, at the relevant school uniform shop. However, we cannot guarantee that the exchange size will be available at that time, we will arrange the replacement asap.
